Some classes are limited to the resident or school community and noted with an *asterisk. Other classes are open and “drop-in”; no registration is required. Donation-based yoga is indicated by “DB”.  All classes are taught by Sharon unless noted on class schedule. Class locations are listed below the class list.

Private instruction is available at your convenience. These sessions are tailored for you and your interests. Costs vary depending on length of class and location. Contact us for pricing and scheduling.  If you are new to yoga, the teacher will give you a basic overview of the poses and philosophy, so you will be comfortable entering any class and/or starting a home practice.

DCFL: free to members and guests can purchase day passes for $12 which allows full use of the facility including any classes, pool & whirlpool.  The passes do not expire and can be purchased at the front desk. Bring photo ID to buy passes.

YMCA: free to members and guests can purchase a day pass for $10.

VA Medical Center: free classes for veterans, active duty military and their families. Mats and props are provided. Classes are every Thursday at 440-550pm in Occupational Therapy Room. VA PCP required.

SEYMOUR Senior Center, open to seniors, $6 per class.

ERUFF: Donation-based yoga.

Donation-Based Yoga means giving something of value in a quantity you are able and
that reflects the benefits you get from your class time, so we can all support one
another. Those with more ability to pay offer more while those with less ability to pay
offer less. Our hope is that more people can experience yoga without the financial
concern. By deepening the experience and practice of yoga, and by sharing yoga as
fully as possible with people of all ages and abilities, we are honoring our commitment
to ourselves, our teachers and our students. A suggested donation range is $10-$20 per class. Please simply give what you can. Cost should never prevent anyone from coming and no one is turned away for financial reasons. Donation jar available at the door.

Series classes, workshops, retreats and some classes in certain locations, have fixed prices and some may require registration before class.
